Fruit and vegetables show is held in the park annually in the month of May. Pasteur Institute is nearby to Sim's Park which is known for its research facilities for rabies and polio. Post lunch, we will go to Pomological Station, which is a research centre for pomegranates and apricots. Day 03 : Tourist Places in Coonoor (continued) :
We will start our 3rd day of tour to Coonoor with a visit to Lamb's Rock, which is 6 km away from Coonor. Here you can feast your eyes on the panoramic view of Burliyar ravine. Nearby Lady Caning's Seat is a point which is said to have been favorite of the Viceroy's wife. After lunch, we will visit Dolphin's Nose, which is a rocky projection from where you can have a captivating view of the nearby hills and plains. In the evening, we will see the 250 ft high cascading St. Catherine Falls, Law's Falls and Kateri Falls during Coonoor tours. Return back to your hotel room at night for dinner and take flight back to your city in early morning.
