Guindy National Park
The 27.6 sq km National Park is located within the limits of Chennai city, the capital of Tamil Nadu. Guindy National park is famous for 14 types of mammalian species like jungle cats, deer, Toddy cats, 24 varieties of trees and 14 varieties of shrubs. Our two days long tour itinerary would allow you to explore the park thoroughly.
Day 01 : Arrival in Chennai
On arrival in Chennai, you will be welcomed by our representatives and lodged into your hotel accommodation. Change, refresh and relax. In evening, go for shopping in local markets and enjoy your sightseeing. Rest of the day is yours. Dinner at the hotel in Chennai.
Day 02 : Visit to National Park
After breakfast, you will be driven to Guindy National Park. You will be given option to explore the wildlife sanctuary of your own or take our learned guides along. Explore the park at your own pace. Do not forget to spot Tailor Birds, Parakeets, Red Wattle Lapwing, Golden Backed Woodpecker, antelope, elephants, Black Buck, jungle cats, buzzards, Stone Curlew etc. Lunch will be held at the restaurant located within the precincts of the National Park. Continue your sightseeing of the Guindy wildlife sanctuary till its closure time in the evening. Return to your hotel room, have dinner and enjoy your sleep. Take morning flight to your home town in early morning.
